Returns & Exchanges
Our return and exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Unfortunately custom made orders are not albe to be returned, exchanged or refunded, unless there is a fault with the product.
For any returns or exchanges, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order details, along with the item you are returning and if applicable the item you would like to exchange it for.
To return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or are an incorrect size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
All orders will be sent within 3-5 business days for standard post and 1-3 business days express post (this does not include custom made or special orders) from when the order was placed and payment has been received. All orders will be sent with a tracking number and link to track the package. If the order is delayed the customer will be advised by email of an estimated date. If your order is URGENT, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 0448500800 and we will try to organise this ASAP.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Returns and exchanges can be returned to the shop (at a time organised prior, as our shop is currently only open by appointment) or post. If posting return or exchange back, please include your copy of your invoice/proof of purchase.
If you are shipping an item back, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Brisbane Fuel Injection Services will not be held liable for returns lost in transit or not received.
